Role Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Beauty Market Trend Advisor to collaborate directly with our CEO and Directors. This role is uniquely designed for current flight attendants or cabin crew members with hands-on experience and knowledge of international beauty brands, pricing structures, and the latest trends in skincare and cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Insights: Use your global exposure to identify and analyze emerging beauty and skincare trends, including product launches, brand strategies, and market pricing across various regions.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor key international brands in cosmetics and skincare, providing detailed competitor insights to inform business decisions.
- Consumer Behavior: Share your observations and knowledge of customer preferences, needs, and cultural trends across international markets.
- Direct Advisory to Directors: Present market findings, insights, and strategic suggestions directly to the CEO and Directors, enabling agile decision-making and direction-setting for our brand.
- Brand Collaboration Input: Advise on potential partnerships, co-branding, or collaborations with international beauty brands.
Qualifications:
- Current or Former Flight Attendant: Current flight attendants or recently active cabin crew are highly preferred.
- Beauty & Skincare Enthusiast: In-depth understanding of skincare and cosmetic brands, product categories, and market trends.
- Global Market Awareness: Insight into international pricing and distribution strategies in the beauty industry.
- Effective Communicator: Ability to succinctly convey observations and recommendations in a clear, impactful manner.
